The hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious rooms featuring wide balconies on Level 1. Although the lack of air conditioning means having to open the sliding balcony doors, the facilities are good. The hotel excels in service with EXCEPTIONAL customer service from most staff members. The convenient location close to the town center provides easy access to various amenities, but noise at night can be a drawback.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to local shops and central to everything in the city, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious and come with a good range of amenities, offering a view and a balcony, but unfortunately, without air conditioning opening the sliding balcony doors. The service received was pleasant, especially from two exceptional staff members who went above and beyond. The cleanliness in the common areas was commendable, aligning with the hotel's well-maintained standards. The dining experience with tartines was satisfying, overall. The price offered good value for the money, considering the various positive aspects of the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything, including the vibrant Wellington nightlife. The rooms were a bit loud, but they were spacious and had a full-size dining table, which was convenient. The service was top-notch, with exceptional customer service from two staff members. The dining experience offered delicious vegetarian food. The facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I got an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise. Although the lack of air conditioning meant I had to open the balcony doors for some fresh air, it wasn't ideal with red wine staining the carpet. The rooms were spacious and having a washing machine was convenient.
The hotel offers spacious 2-bedroom apartments with all amenities, but there was some red wine on the carpet. The service was exceptional from most staff members, aside from two. It is near the center and Courtenay Place area, making it convenient to access everything in the town. I didn't dine at the hotel, but there was ice cream available. The facilities were adequate.
